Guess Who?





People have told me before that Marissa looks like me, but I think this is the first time I can actually see it. So what do you think.....do you see me in Marissa or not?

Sorry. :) It's funny how different people see people differently. Or something like that. I do think she looks like you, but not in that shot. It is a great picture of her though. Missed you guys today.

It is interesting to see what other people wrote because I was scrolling down I thought That is Sheila's profile. Wonder who took that picture then after I got to the nose I realized it was Marissa. Very interesting to see how similar she looks to you. I may get creative and try to post some baby photos of me. Calvin and I have the same face at 5 years old. It is neat to see!

From our home to yours....

Welcome to our home at Christmas. When I heard that Boomama was going to be having a Christmas Tour of Homes , I thought that sounded like so much fun because so many of our family and friends aren't able to make it out to visit us during the Christmas season. So here are a few pictures of our home decorated for Christmas. As you walk in our front door we have this little tree sitting in our entry way As you can see I really like snowman! This is leading into the family room... This tree is in our family room and it is decorated with all of our family ornaments. Each year we buy the girls an ornament that represents something from the year for that child. It is a tradition that I have continued from my childhood. My favorite ornaments are the ones that are homemade by the girls! This is our big tree that is more formally decorated and is in our living room. 1 Year Later

Just the other day I was looking back at some of my posts and realized that I started our family blog 1 year ago this month. I can't believe it has already been a year. My first post was about celebrating the 4th of July at Mark and Jane's. On Friday we will be heading out to Mark and Jane's for another great 4th with our friends. I have really enjoyed keeping up with our family blog. I hope that you have also enjoyed reading each of my posts. My main reason for doing this blog was to keep in touch with our friends and family through various postings. I know that there are many of you who at one point or another have said to me that you have read our blog, I am just curious who is out there and reading this.
