Mini Golf

As you can see I am playing a little catch up with my blog. We took the girls miniature golfing a few weeks back one Sunday afternoon. They seemed to have fun, although Myah was done after a few holes and didn't quite get the concept because every time after she would hit her ball, she would walk down to where her ball was and pick it up and then put it right by the hole so she could hit it one more time and this time right into the hole. Her sisters were good sports and didn't mind her doing this!

Yes....my husband did bring his own putter with him, I don't know what the difference is, but apparently he does so I don't even ask anymore.

Yes....I know it has been quite some time since I have been on here to blog. From our home to yours....

Welcome to our home at Christmas. When I heard that Boomama was going to be having a Christmas Tour of Homes , I thought that sounded like so much fun because so many of our family and friends aren't able to make it out to visit us during the Christmas season. So here are a few pictures of our home decorated for Christmas. As you walk in our front door we have this little tree sitting in our entry way As you can see I really like snowman! This is leading into the family room... This tree is in our family room and it is decorated with all of our family ornaments. Each year we buy the girls an ornament that represents something from the year for that child. It is a tradition that I have continued from my childhood. My favorite ornaments are the ones that are homemade by the girls! This is our big tree that is more formally decorated and is in our living room. 1 Year Later

Just the other day I was looking back at some of my posts and realized that I started our family blog 1 year ago this month. I can't believe it has already been a year. My first post was about celebrating the 4th of July at Mark and Jane's. On Friday we will be heading out to Mark and Jane's for another great 4th with our friends. I have really enjoyed keeping up with our family blog. I hope that you have also enjoyed reading each of my posts. My main reason for doing this blog was to keep in touch with our friends and family through various postings. I know that there are many of you who at one point or another have said to me that you have read our blog, I am just curious who is out there and reading this.
