Our trip home this summer

Every year while Jeremy is gone away on a missions trip me and the girls make a trip back home. I always look forward to this week!!!!! We usually do lots of our back to school shopping during this trip. We also enjoy getting to spend time with our friends and family!!! This trip the girls got to go to Vacation Bible School with my mom at their church and they all had a blast. They even asked if they could go again next year!

Welcome to our home at Christmas. When I heard that Boomama was going to be having a Christmas Tour of Homes , I thought that sounded like so much fun because so many of our family and friends aren't able to make it out to visit us during the Christmas season. So here are a few pictures of our home decorated for Christmas. As you walk in our front door we have this little tree sitting in our entry way As you can see I really like snowman! This is leading into the family room... This tree is in our family room and it is decorated with all of our family ornaments. Each year we buy the girls an ornament that represents something from the year for that child. It is a tradition that I have continued from my childhood. Hello.....is there anybody out there?

Yes....I know it has been quite some time since I have been on here to blog. Let me just say that there has been a lot going on......Birthdays, Holidays, sick kids, snow storms and oh yes.....a big move half way across the country. I have lots to share with you but before I do I am just curious who is still following me? 1 Year Later

Just the other day I was looking back at some of my posts and realized that I started our family blog 1 year ago this month. I can't believe it has already been a year. My first post was about celebrating the 4th of July at Mark and Jane's. On Friday we will be heading out to Mark and Jane's for another great 4th with our friends. I have really enjoyed keeping up with our family blog. I hope that you have also enjoyed reading each of my posts. My main reason for doing this blog was to keep in touch with our friends and family through various postings.
