Happy Birthday!

It's hard to believe my baby is 4 today! We are so blessed to have her a part of our family. I really can't believe how fast times goes by. I was just telling Myah today about when she was born that it was on a Saturday and how everything worked out for all of our family coming to be a part of it. In some ways that seems like so long ago and in others it seems like it was just yesterday.
Myah has turned out to be such a special addition to our family. She is so lovable. She is always wanting to give us all hugs and kisses. In fact sometimes while we are sitting at the table eating dinner she jumps down and walks over to one of us and says I want to give you a hug, completely out of the blue. I hope she never stops doing that!!

Happy Birthday Myah we all love you very much!

These 2 do a great job at being the big sisters. They love their little sister!

From our home to yours....

Welcome to our home at Christmas. When I heard that Boomama was going to be having a Christmas Tour of Homes , I thought that sounded like so much fun because so many of our family and friends aren't able to make it out to visit us during the Christmas season. So here are a few pictures of our home decorated for Christmas. As you walk in our front door we have this little tree sitting in our entry way As you can see I really like snowman! This is leading into the family room... This tree is in our family room and it is decorated with all of our family ornaments. Each year we buy the girls an ornament that represents something from the year for that child. It is a tradition that I have continued from my childhood. My favorite ornaments are the ones that are homemade by the girls! This is our big tree that is more formally decorated and is in our living room. This is our third year with an artificial tree which is definitely less messy but we have had lots of fun with the pre-lite l

1 Year Later

Just the other day I was looking back at some of my posts and realized that I started our family blog 1 year ago this month. I can't believe it has already been a year. My first post was about celebrating the 4th of July at Mark and Jane's. On Friday we will be heading out to Mark and Jane's for another great 4th with our friends. I have really enjoyed keeping up with our family blog. I hope that you have also enjoyed reading each of my posts. My main reason for doing this blog was to keep in touch with our friends and family through various postings.
