A Spootacular Time

Last weekend we went to our local library for a friendly Halloween Party. They had face painting, games and a craft. Then upstairs they had a "haunted" walk through the library for kids in 3rd grade and up. So Jeremy and Marissa waited in line for almost 2 hours. Marissa was so disappointed afterwards, she said it wasn't very scary and was upset that she had to miss everything else.

It did seem a little strange to be in town and have something going on on a Saturday night. There were all sorts of people out that night! It almost felt like we were back in the city!

Welcome to our home at Christmas. When I heard that Boomama was going to be having a Christmas Tour of Homes , I thought that sounded like so much fun because so many of our family and friends aren't able to make it out to visit us during the Christmas season. Hello.....is there anybody out there?

Yes....I know it has been quite some time since I have been on here to blog. Let me just say that there has been a lot going on......Birthdays, Holidays, sick kids, snow storms and oh yes.....a big move half way across the country. I have lots to share with you but before I do I am just curious who is still following me? 1 Year Later

Just the other day I was looking back at some of my posts and realized that I started our family blog 1 year ago this month. I can't believe it has already been a year. My first post was about celebrating the 4th of July at Mark and Jane's. On Friday we will be heading out to Mark and Jane's for another great 4th with our friends. I have really enjoyed keeping up with our family blog. I hope that you have also enjoyed reading each of my posts. My main reason for doing this blog was to keep in touch with our friends and family through various postings.
