Friends

Although I wasn't able to see everyone I wanted to, I was very glad that I was able to catch up with two of my good friends Kim and Jackie.

Kim and I were neighbors when we use to live in Dyer. Soon after we met, we discovered that we were both expecting our 1st babies which was fun to go through together. I can't believe how big her boys are now!! I'm so glad that we still stay in touch with one another!

I am sure there are many stories I can put in here about me and Jackie growing up together, but maybe I will save those for another post. It was so good to see her and her girls. She has such cute girls and I can't believe how much they look like her!!! The girls had fun playing together and before we got ready to leave I think it was Jackie's daughter who asked if my girls could spend the night at their house. I just love how kids have no barriers with one another, whether they have known each other for years or just met it is like they are instantly best friends!

It was so great to have you and girls over. I can't believe how big all of our kids are getting. I truely miss you living in my "backyard", it is hard to believe it has been almost 6 years. I sure do miss you and Jeremy too!!! Hey, can I borrow a can of chicken broth?????? :)

Welcome to our home at Christmas. When I heard that Boomama was going to be having a Christmas Tour of Homes , I thought that sounded like so much fun because so many of our family and friends aren't able to make it out to visit us during the Christmas season. So here are a few pictures of our home decorated for Christmas. As you walk in our front door we have this little tree sitting in our entry way As you can see I really like snowman! This is leading into the family room... This tree is in our family room and it is decorated with all of our family ornaments. Hello.....is there anybody out there?

Yes....I know it has been quite some time since I have been on here to blog. Let me just say that there has been a lot going on......Birthdays, Holidays, sick kids, snow storms and oh yes.....a big move half way across the country. I have lots to share with you but before I do I am just curious who is still following me? 1 Year Later

Just the other day I was looking back at some of my posts and realized that I started our family blog 1 year ago this month. I can't believe it has already been a year. My first post was about celebrating the 4th of July at Mark and Jane's. On Friday we will be heading out to Mark and Jane's for another great 4th with our friends. I have really enjoyed keeping up with our family blog. I hope that you have also enjoyed reading each of my posts. My main reason for doing this blog was to keep in touch with our friends and family through various postings.
