Schools Out for Summer!

Last day of school - June 2008

It has been a busy week with all of the end of the year school activities and all of the summer sports starting we have been running a lot! Not to mention all of the High School open houses we have been to.

Makayla is looking forward to starting t-ball next week. Both girls are also doing swimming. Marissa is on the swim team and Makayla is doing a cubs program she will also be able to participate in one meet that they have for all of those kids who are in cubs. I'm sure there will be lots more pictures of all of that to come.

Welcome to our home at Christmas. When I heard that Boomama was going to be having a Christmas Tour of Homes , I thought that sounded like so much fun because so many of our family and friends aren't able to make it out to visit us during the Christmas season. So here are a few pictures of our home decorated for Christmas. As you walk in our front door we have this little tree sitting in our entry way As you can see I really like snowman! This is leading into the family room... This tree is in our family room and it is decorated with all of our family ornaments. Hello.....is there anybody out there?

Yes....I know it has been quite some time since I have been on here to blog. Let me just say that there has been a lot going on......Birthdays, Holidays, sick kids, snow storms and oh yes.....a big move half way across the country. I have lots to share with you but before I do I am just curious who is still following me? 1 Year Later

Just the other day I was looking back at some of my posts and realized that I started our family blog 1 year ago this month. I can't believe it has already been a year. My first post was about celebrating the 4th of July at Mark and Jane's. On Friday we will be heading out to Mark and Jane's for another great 4th with our friends. I have really enjoyed keeping up with our family blog. I hope that you have also enjoyed reading each of my posts. My main reason for doing this blog was to keep in touch with our friends and family through various postings.
